📊 Introduction of Kanban in My Assistant

With the introduction of Kanban in My Assistant it becomes possible to switch between an list and a cardview for your matches. Simply drag & drop your matches from one stage to the other and trigger next workflow steps. Kanban is available on the matches tab of My Assistant and you can simply toggle between the list view and the kanban board with the control on top. We expect to introduce kanban view for leads and opportunities in the upcoming releases too!

🤖 Small improvements and bug fixes

Each release contains small improvements and bug fixes that enhance performance and user experience. Not all of them are visible to the end user. If the release includes changes that directly affect the software’s behavior and user experience, they will be briefly explained below.

  • When creating campaigns, the primary email addresses of candidates and contacts will now always be used. If no primary email address is specified, the first entered email address of the type 'Work' (for contacts) or 'Private' (for candidates) will be used. You can designate an email address as primary by checking the star at the end of the line. Logically, only one primary email address can be chosen.

  • We have made adjustments to increase the security of the application against cybercrime.

  • We have made technical adjustments so that certain search and filter queries can be processed more efficiently. This prevents slow queries and thus improves the speed of the application.

  • We resolved an issue where the SocialBrowser could not always read data, making it difficult to recognize candidates already in the database on LinkedIn.
