We are pleased to present the new Kanban view for your recruitment process. This intuitive and visual approach allows you to manage matches efficiently and track their progress through various stages. By adopting the Kanban view, you'll experience improved organization and faster decision-making.
The Kanban board view consists of columns representing the match stage groups, with dedicated matches inside each column. The columns Success and Unsuccessful are custom ones.
Columns
Each column header displays the stage group name along with a counter indicating the number of records associated with that stage group
The column representing the custom group "Success" (with settings indicating the match process is finished successfully and the final stage is yes) includes the text "For this year" at the bottom (for matches)
The column that represents the “Unsuccessful” group (with settings indicating the final stage is yes) includes the “For last 7 days“ at the bottom (for matches)
Cards
Cards are sorted with the recently updated items at the top
Each card in the column displays the stage name, candidate's avatar, candidate's full name, job title, and company name (for matches)
When an owner or office is selected, the owner field will become visible on the card
Additionally, the card may have a red line on the left edge. This indicates that the stage changed column is overdue due to SLS settings for match
Hovering over the red line will display a tooltip with the exact overdue time
Dragging
When dragging the card each column transforms its UI with highlighting zones (that particularly represent stages), where possible to pull the card
When dragging a card, the user will see two representations of the same card. One is the card being dragged (displayed with some opacity), and the other is a placeholder at the original position of the card (shown in black and white)
When a user drags an item and hovers over a potential drop zone, the area changes color to green
If a column contains stages that are not configured in the settings as possible next or previous stages, we do not display them
When a column only contains stages where placing a card is not possible, the column appears in grey
View switcher
When a tab is selected and switching views is possible, the icon representing the view type will be visible
When a tab is selected, the user can switch views by clicking on it. The dropdown will appear allowing you to change the view
