🔗Webhooks - updated Retry and Disable Policy.
To improve the webhooks service levels and avoid system overload we have updated the retry and disable policy for webhooks. The following policy is in place:
👉🏼 If a webhook delivery fails, we automatically retry using an exponential back-off strategy, in 7 attempts over a 2-hour period. See for details the webhook documentation.
👉🏼 To ensure the reliability and performance of our webhook system, we automatically disable webhooks if 30% or more of the last 1,000 delivery attempts fail.
🧮 Number of active matches vs total number of matches
In the Candidate and Job overviews we have enriched the colums for active matches with the total number of matches making it possible to immediately see how many matches have been created for a job candidate and how many of them have not been closed yet. We display this as 'open matches' / 'total number of matches'.
Sorting of the column now will first look at the number of open matches and secondary the total number matches.
🤖 Minor Improvements and Bug Fixes
Every release includes minor improvements and bug fixes to enhance performance and user experience. Not all changes are visible to the end user. If the release contains updates that directly affect the behavior and user experience of the software, they will be briefly explained below.
✅ In My Assistant we have added the Start Date to the Jobs tab. The Column is sortable so you can list your jobs in descending/ascending order of the start dates.
✅ Fields of the related Candidate and Job in the My Assistant Match preview now are editable.
✅ When using Carerix AI we slightly improved the flow when using a prompt by showing the prompt title in the AI dialogue box
✅ We have addressed a small UI bug in Carerix AI causing the buttons to record a voice message and send a text message to jump in a wrong position.
✅ Additionally when trying to exit the Carerix AI feature using your ESC button it happened that in some occasions the prompt list remained visible, this was corrected as well.
✅ We have addressed an issue making it impossible to delete attachments from an Carerix Office/Agency.
✅ Links to URLS (of LinkedIn for example) from a candidate preview now work properly again.
✅ The default Search Operator for 'to' and 'from' email addresses are changed to 'contains' instead of 'starts with'. This because the 'starts with' operator for tehcnical reasons often gives no result.
