We offer two options:
1. Carerix Private AI (controlled release) – Recommended
Carerix has set up a dedicated, secure AI environment within Amazon Web Services. Your information is not sent to the AI models being used.
No extra cost – Carerix provides Private AI (fair use applies)
Installation – once enabled by Carerix, this feature can be installed via the Marketplace

2. Carerix AI with OpenAI
Would you prefer to use ChatGPT? Then you can choose the AI service from OpenAI.
IMPORTANT: Support of OpenAI is being phased out and will be available until January 12, 2026.
