Enable AI Assistance to save time and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
This feature could be activated only by the Administrator in Maintenance → Marketplace → Carerix AI and is active for all users because it will benefit all users
To activate Carerix AI, the Administrator should follow these steps
Login to https://platform.openai.com/ (sign up first, if you don't have an account).
If you use this login https://chat.openai.com/ you need to use the API option. Carerix does not charge any fees because in this version, your own OpenAI API token is used. Carerix AI does not work with the free version of ChatGPT, nor with the ChatGPT Plus version, but exclusively with the OpenAI API token.Important: you need to use a payment plan by clicking Upgrade and adding your creditcard details.
If you don't see the button “Upgrade” in the top right corner, you are using the correct account.
Understanding the price structure: https://openai.com/pricingA complete job description costs a few cents. You can also set a monthly budget limit to keep control of the costs. We are using ChatGPT 3.5 Turbo
Click on your avatar and choose View API keys
Create a new Secret key with your company name
Before closing the popup, please, copy and save this secret key somewhere safe and accessible. For security reasons, you won't be able to view it again through your OpenAI account. If you lose this secret key, you'll need to generate a new one
Note, for new accounts in the first 48 hour, per day rate limits are added (for Text & Embedding). The normal RPM (request per minute) and TPM (tokens per minutes) limits apply but there are also separate limits on the number of requests per day. Go to your Carerix application to Maintenance → Marketplace → Carerix AI
Find Carerix AI in the Marketplace, click on it, and install it (by clicking the "Install" button). After, the Carerix AI feature will appear in the Installed block
Use the newly created secret key copied from https://platform.openai.com/ as input to the label API key
Click the "Save" button
Click the "Activate" button in the top right corner
Logout and log in to be able to see Carerix AI at the top (visible left of your fast find search)
How to use Carerix AI
Click on the "Carerix AI" button at the top
The right side modal will be visible. Ask your questions
Voice-to-text option is available, offering an alternative method of input
Additionally, switching between models is an option to receive a more accurate response.
OpenAI does not use data submitted to and generated by our API to train OpenAI models or improve OpenAI’s service offering. See this link.
