Where to find Prompt Manager

Open the Carerix AI modal and click the icon at the bottom left of the input field.

On the Prompt Manager page, you'll find a list of default prompts that by default appear in the context menu when you select text in Carerix.

  • The minimum number of available prompts in the context menu is 3. If there are more, the pinning option will be available

  • Clicking on the name of a prompt will open its details. If it's default, the details will be in read mode, so it's not editable

  • Additionally, you can only copy the default prompt by clicking the three dots

  • You can also see your colleagues' prompts. Depending on your permissions, you may be able to edit them

Create and edit a new prompt

  • Click the "+ New" button at the top to open the creation wizard

  • In the Name field, add the name that will appear in the context menu. It is recommended to be short.
    For example, Translate to Dutch

  • The context field acts as a hidden prompt with detailed instructions that will be triggered. It should include {{selectedText}}.
    For example, Translate to Dutch. Make sure the translation is accurate, contextually appropriate, and uses natural language suitable for native Dutch speakers. Provide a clear and professional translation that maintains the original meaning and tone of the text {{selectedText}}

  • You can easily edit your prompts by clicking on their names in the list

  • Clicking the three dots reveals options to copy or delete the prompt

Adjust the list of prompts in the context menu

  • When you find your new prompt in the list, you can hover over it and pin it

  • Click on it, and the prompt will move to the pinned list at the top. The pinned prompt will then be visible in the context menu

  • For pinned prompts, you can drag them to influence the order in the context menu

  • The context menu will appear with pinned prompts

  • Click on the one you need and check the result
