🔧 What’s New in Carerix version 5.396 & 397?
We’re constantly fine-tuning Carerix to boost performance and smooth out your daily workflow. While a lot of magic happens behind the scenes, here are the highlights you’ll actually notice in this update.
🎨 Company logos in headers
If you have a company logo stored as an attachment in the company file, we now display it in the (preview) headers (e.g., in My Assistant). This makes company files instantly recognizable and spices up the look and feel of your favorite ATS! 🥳
🎙️ Re-introducing Voice-to-Text in Carerix AI
Heard you loud and clear! We have re-introduced the voice recorder in Carerix AI. This allows you to speak your notes while we transform your speech into text.
Note: The recorder follows your active user language in Carerix, so make sure to speak in that specific language! 🗣️
📊 My Assistant: Sorting updates
We’ve added more sorting power to My Assistant and adjusted the default order for Kanban views to keep your Leads and Opportunities organized.
The following columns are now sortable in both ascending and descending order:
Matches: Candidate, Candidate Status, Company, Vacancy, Vacancy Status, Contact, Owner.
Jobs: Contact, Company, Owner.
Candidates: Owner.
Pro-tip: Cards in the Kanban views for Leads and Opportunities are now sorted by modification date in descending order, so your freshest updates always sit at the top. 📈
🤖 Carerix AI: Transition to Carerix Private AI
As of March 1st, we officially started sunsetting support for external OpenAI accounts within the Carerix context. The option to enter a personal OpenAI API key will be disabled by the end of March. All Carerix AI features are now powered exclusively by our secure Carerix Private AI facilities. ⚡
🐛 Bug Fixes & Improvements
Carerix AI Prompt Management: Fixed a bug where newly created prompts wouldn't show up in the list if the Prompt Manager was closed during the creation process. 🤖
Custom Translations: Resolved an issue in new components (My Assistant & Calendar) where using a custom translation (e.g., French) caused other languages to display technical keys instead of actual text. No more "technical gibberish" in your UI! 🌐
Date Notation: We fixed a bug where European date formats (DD-MM-YYYY) were being misinterpreted. A manual entry like
02-01-2026is now correctly recognized as the 2nd of January, not the 1st of February. 📅
