🔧 Release Notes Carerix 5.390
Each update includes improvements and bug fixes to enhance performance and the user experience. Not all changes are directly visible, but whenever functionality or the interface is affected, we highlight this below.
🤖 New Default Prompts in Carerix AI
We’ve added 6 new default prompts that are now available for all Carerix AI–enabled systems and users. These prompts make it easier to extract and work with information from candidates, matches, and jobs.
For example, you can now:
Ask AI to generate 5 interview questions based on a candidate’s CV in the context of a match.
Ask AI to summarize a complete candidate profile.

📣 Carerix RMA - WhatsApp Inbox: Clearer Conversation Statuses
We’ve introduced updated conversation statuses in the WhatsApp inbox to make it easier to understand what actions are possible at any moment. These improvements help teams quickly see whether a conversation is active, who owns it, and whether a template is required to reply.
🔄 New Conversation Statuses
🟢 Green — Ongoing Chat (owned by a user)
Only the conversation owner can send messages or stop the chat.
When the chat is stopped, the status switches to Grey, allowing anyone to take over.
⚪ Grey — No Active Chat
Anyone can send a message, as long as it’s within 24 hours of when the conversation started.
🔴 Red — Session Closed
A 24-hour window has expired.
A WhatsApp template is required to initiate a new outbound message, or you can wait for a new incoming message.
✨ Additional Improvements
We’ve also updated the wording throughout the WhatsApp inbox to clarify conversation ownership, permissions, and the 24-hour WhatsApp rules.
These changes help make the experience more predictable—especially for teams handling high WhatsApp volumes.
🌐 New system language available: Romanian
We have added Romanian as a system language. This means that users are able to have Romanian as their UI language.
For existing systems adjustments of their configuration is necessary to make Romanian as a system language available.
Note: the system language affects all UI labels and written text in pop ups, (AI) prompts. Email templates and tables are not magically translated :)
🎨 My Assistant: Expanded Data in Recruitment File Previews
To make MyAssistant even more useful—and reduce the need to open full detail views—we’re continuing to bring more recruitment data directly into the MyAssistant preview.
After introducing attachment tabs for all entities in the previous release, we’re now enhancing the Candidate preview. We’ve added a range of new data fields to the Detail tab and introduced section panels to provide structure for larger datasets.
All information is now easier to read and, where your user permissions allow, fully editable.
In the upcoming period we will further expand the set of data over all entities and we will keep you informed in the release notes.
🐛 Bugfix: Improved email handling in Carerix AI
We’ve fixed an issue where Carerix AI would sometimes select the entire email—including headers and footers—when generating suggestions.
Now, if you make a text selection, Carerix AI will only use the selected content, ignoring other parts of the email. If no selection is made, it will continue to process the entire message.
