👨🏽👩🏽👧🏽👧🏽 Talent pools & GDPR
In Talent Pools, we have added columns and filters related to the GDPR in the list of candidates linked to the talent pool. In this way we make it easier for the user to see what the GDPR status of a candidate is in the relevant talent pool. This way you prevent your talent pool management from approaching candidates whose permission to store the data has expired.
🤖 Minor improvements and bug fixes
Each release contains minor improvements and bug fixes that improve performance and user experience. Not all of them are visible to the end user. If the release contains changes that directly affect the behavior of the software and the user experience, they will be briefly explained below.
We've made a small change to the way we handle new vacancies based on a template vacancy. The organizational description of the initial client to which the template vacancy was linked during its creation was included when the template was used in relation to another client. This is of course not correct and we have remedied it. The organization description must now always be empty if that field is also saved empty in the template.
Through a number of technical changes, My Assistant has been further improved in terms of processing larger amounts of data. Particularly on large databases with a lot of history and/or higher volumes of matches, candidates and other data, this provides a significant gain in speed and user experience.
When you create a copy of an existing lead via the New Lead Wizard, you can now manually change the lead stage when necessary. For example, when you change the lead procedure.
We fixed a bug that was responsible for the value of variable search fields not being shown, even though the fields referenced by the filter did have a value.
We fixed a bug that in some cases caused an error when opening tasks.
