Evaluation tabs on match & candidate previews | My Assistant | Calendar 2.0

Updated over 5 months ago

🎨 UI: Evaluation fields available on candidate and match previews

On the previews of candidates and matches, it is now possible to select the evaluation tab. The content of these tabs is displayed, and the data entered there can be immediately reviewed. This works with both the standard evaluation field and any custom evaluation fields that may have been added (via the tables menu).

🤖 Minor improvements and bug fixes

Each release includes minor improvements and bug fixes that enhance performance and user experience. Not all of these are visible to the end user. If the release contains changes that directly affect the behavior of the software and the user experience, they will be briefly explained below.

  • In My Assistant you now have the possibility to re-order tabs to your liking on user level. This works for both the tabs on main My Assistant as well as on the new generation previews.

  • The new task button in My Assistant was reluctant to open the new task wizard, we are happy we got it back to work.

  • In the new calendar when searching for possible attendees it now is possible to search on email address (as well as on first name and last name). We fixed an error that occurred when creating matches in bulk via the action menu from a talent pool.

  • Due to a bug in sorting the contact person column in the matches tab on a candidate file, no matches were shown. This issue has been resolved.

  • In client files, it is now possible to filter by the following placement fields: Contract Type, Creation Date, End Date, Expected End Date, Start Date, and Status.

  • Improved the social browser to handle the combineLastNamePrefixWithLastName setting when searching for existing candidate (or contact) records that represent the profile you are currently viewing.
