👩🏽👩🏽👧🏽👦🏽Talent Pools: New Filter Options & Phase History
To provide better insight into the process and the history a candidate has undergone within a talent pool, we have made the phase history visible within the match detail, similar to matches. As a user, you can easily see over time which talent pool match phases a candidate has gone through and which user was responsible for setting that phase.
Additionally, we have added several filters to the talent pool matches to make it easier to search your talent pool population. From now on, it is possible to search within your talent pool using the following candidate fields:
Motivation
Notes
Candidate CV Attachment (contains...)
Candidate Work Address
🤖 Minor Improvements and Bug Fixes
Each release includes minor improvements and bug fixes that enhance performance and user experience. Not all of these are visible to the end user. If the release contains changes that directly affect the software's behavior and user experience, they will be briefly explained below.
We fixed a bug that prevented some customers from installing the Carerix Socialbrowser Chrome plugin because a token could not be generated.
Filtering by additional fields of a candidate dossier from placements is now possible. Example: I want to see all placements to which a candidate is linked with value X for additional field Y. All additional fields on the candidate dossier that are made available for searching will automatically be added to the available search filters in placements.
It is now possible to choose an alternative default status for extensions of placements. If you create an extension, a new placement record is created that automatically takes over certain values from the original placement. For the status, the table designated as the default value is chosen. In some cases, it is desirable to set a different status than the default for extensions.
