Carerix will deliver your Carerix application to you before the startdate of the contract. You will receive an email with the URL of the application and a username and password. Please take the following steps:
Log in for the first time with the username and password
For security reasons you should change these login credentials immediately:
Go to 'my account' on the right side of the screen.
Change the username into you own username
Change the password into your own password
Activate MasterUser Access
The application is delivered with MasterUser Acces set as in-active. Please allow Carerix access to your application by activating MasterUser:Go to Maintenance → Settings
Scroll to the panel MasterUser
At the field enableMasterUserLogin, click the Activate button
