To provide you the best service with support question or consultancy, we sometimes need to be able to look into your system. Having access to your system will save valuable time.
Please allow Carerix access to your application by setting MasterUser to YES:
Log in to your Application
Go to Maintenance → Settings
Go to the panel MasterUser
At the field enableMasterUserLogin, click the Activate button
The application is delivered with MasterUser access set as in-active. So by default Carerix cannot access your application until Masteruser access is granted.
What can Carerix do in your application?
When you allow Carerix to access your system, we can login using a special Administrator account, and simulate logging in as any active Carerix User. The activities of Carerix are logged in the system activities, and can be viewed by your own Administrators.
What if you don’t want to allow this?
If you would prefer not to allow us access to your system, you don’t need to do anything.
Be aware that this could potentially increase the time needed to provide you with a proper solution when you ask us for support and will limit the level of service we can provide.
When you request our support and we need access to your application we will ask your administrator for permission. Your Administrator can then decide to allow access, and revoke it once the issue is resolved.
