Webhooks (BETA) | New automation modue: Auto CV Parsing

Updated over a week ago

🔗 Carerix Webhooks (BETA)

Carerix now offers the ability to use webhooks. Webhooks allow different applications to communicate with each other and synchronize data in real-time, which is useful for tasks such as updating information between different platforms, automating workflows, and receiving immediate alerts for important events. For more information and terms, click the button below!

If you are interested in using Webhooks, you can contact your customer success manager!

🚀 Carerix Automatic CV Parsing

With Carerix Recruitment Automations, Carerix already offers a wide suite of paid and free options to extensively automate your recruitment process. From now on, it's also possible to use Auto CV Parsing.

Parsing (or: extracting) CVs has long been possible manually within Carerix, but it is still a manual process, making it time-consuming and not always enjoyable. This results in CV extraction not always taking place, which in turn means that data does not always end up structured in your database. As a result of the lack of structured data, your search and match process is not optimal, and you risk missing out on candidates.

With automatic CV parsing, we ensure that the basic information from a CV is always correctly recorded in Carerix for every candidate for whom a CV is added to the database.

⚠️Please note: scanned images/photos as CVs do not work. The most common Word and (text) PDF versions are supported.

For more information and possibilities regarding CV parsing, please contact Merzieh Amini via merzieh.amini@carerix.com.

📈 My Assistant remembers where you left!

To further enhance the user experience of My Assistant, the assistant now remembers where you were last. This allows you to continue navigating calmly, viewing files or activities, and when you return to My Assistant, you'll pick up right where you left off. This applies even to new sessions, so when you log out, you'll return to where you left off after logging back in.

🤖 Minor improvements and bug fixes

Each release includes minor improvements and bug fixes that enhance performance and user experience. Not all of them are visible to end-users. If the release contains changes that directly affect the behavior of the software and user experience, they will be briefly explained below.

  • We have added a filter to your job overview, allowing you to filter by a second and/or third client that may be linked to a job. This filter already existed for placements but is now also available for jobs.

  • If you want to use Single Sign-On (SSO), it is mandatory to change the usernames to the email address used by the respective user in the identity provider with which you are setting up the SSO. This causes a conflict with the internal mail service (username@customer.mail.carerix.net) because it also uses the username. A change of the username will then cause the Carerix email address to stop working. We have created a solution for this where (the prefix of) the email address is no longer determined by the username but by a new field. If you are using the internal Carerix email address service and want to start using SSO, please contact Carerix support.

  • For users of the old Carerix calendar, there was a bug that prevented attachments from being uploaded to appointments. This issue has been resolved.

  • In the Firefox browser there was an issue with the controls of the match cleanup which partially 'fell off' the screen / were partially invisible. This issue has been resolved.
