My Assistant | Job.Source search filter on matches | candidateActiveTag introduced on the candidate status table

Updated over 7 months ago

📈 My Assistant introduces Jobs & Candidates tabs

Within My Assistant it now is possible to have views on your candidate and job status funnels and as a consequence it is possible to actually see their respective match funnels in one go as well. Easily keep track of your jobs and candidate's recruitment process progress and make adjustments immediately if necessary.

Also: when in My Assistant clicking on a candidate or job name a new preview pane will slide in on the right side of your screen. Here you will be able to change a subset of fields of the candidate and job record. But more important: you can select the matches tab which will show you the actual match funnel for that particular candidate or job! For your convenience it is possible to make the preview full screen so in case you have an extended number of stage groups, the screen is not too narrow.

⚠️Be advised: in the previews a (small) subset of fields are available to read and edit. If you have any configuration profiles in place, these will not be applied.

🤖 Smaller improvements and bug fixes:

Every release includes minor improvements and bugfixes that improve the performance and user experience. Not all of them are visible to the end user. If the release contains changes that directly affect software behavior and user experience they will be briefly noted below.

  • A bug causing PDF attachment not always being generated in the context of an email template is addressed and should be fixed.

  • New candidate status sub class 'CandidateActiveTag' is introduced. This can be helpful with Business Intelligence solutions.

  • A new filter job.source will be added to the match entity and enable you to find matches to jobs with a particular source faster & easier.

  • An issue has been addressed that occurred when editing a template task. A page freeze that could happen when trying to store the changes made should not happen anymore.

  • Two issues with the social browser have been addressed:

    • creating a candidate from a profile without any work experiences (so: educations only) ended up in an error. This should not happen anymore.

    • In some occasions the city/region value was not parsed into the database anymore.

  • Calendar 2.0: a tooltip was added to the attendees section of a meeting. The tooltip will show the related email address of the respective attendee.

  • Calendar 2.0: recently the automated way of adding both candidate and contact to a meeting created from a match was removed because it is not always the case that you want to invite both of them. However, having to add them manually requires a multitude of clicks which is not very practical either. As a compromise we have added a autosuggest to the attendees box which will show the related candidate and contact.

  • Calendar 2.0: fixed a bug that caused meeting durations to be shown as 1 hour in the grid view even thougt the meeting duration was more or less than 1 hour.

  • Bug fix: adding an attachment will update a record's modification date again.
