🧠My Assistant recommended actions: Match cleanup!

Did you know that My Assistant is able to help you maintain your match (stage) administration? Maintaining your match stages by making sure every match is on the right stage at any time is important as it directly affects the candidate and customer experience. Moreover, in scope of data management and business intelligence it is also very important to keep your recruitment procedures up-to-date. At the same time this can be a tedious and often time consuming job for the recruiter.

In practice we notice that often when a procedure comes to an end with an hire (but also with no hire) other matches, hence candidates are left behind. In the best case the other candidates are informed but the match stage was not updated, in the worst scenario both informing the candidate(s) and updating the match stage did not happen...

Here is where My Assistant can come to the rescue. Read more about this and other My Assistant features on our help center:

📊 Change to data model reflected in Carerix Datasource

Important notice to Carerix Datasource users. Due to a set of changes - both technically and functionally - in this release there are a couple of changes included that might affect your processing of the daily datasource. Please take those changes into account.

  • CRUser gets new column PREFIX_CARERIX_EMAIL

🤖 Smaller improvements and bug fixes:

Every release includes minor improvements and bugfixes that improve the performance and user experience. Not all of them are visible to the end user. If the release contains changes that directly affect software behavior and user experience they will be briefly noted below.

  • My Assistant: added inline editing to the owner column. It now is possible to change a record's owner directly from the grid.

⚠️ Mind that by default the view for My Assistant is filtered on 'My records' only. Changing the owner will have as a consequence that the record will immediately dissappear from your list!

  • In the Job overview it now is possible to use a Work Location column. This column shows the value of the work/job address city field as available on the general tab of a job record. It comes as an addition to the already for a longer period of time available column for work location which shows the value for the work location field as available on the job's publication text tab.

  • New trigger EVENT added: with the 'placement end date is passed since...' it becomes possible to create simple automations beyond the placement end date.

  • The pop up to edit (parts of) emails to be sent to multiple recipients is altered to fit larger pieces of texts. The text boxes now are resizeable to make it more convenient to work with.

  • Calendar 2.0: when a meeting is created from a contact record, we will automatically join the related company in the meeting and vice versa.

  • Bug fix: occasional exceptions happening when opening job details are addressed and should not happen anymore.

  • Bug fix: exception happening durin manual match creation when the related record section is hidden by means of a configuration profile is addressed and should not happen anymore.

  • Bug fix: when using the new HTML editor text was jumping after saving the HTML code. This issue is resolved.

  • Bug fix Calendar 2.0: navigational issues that could happen when selecting a specific date from the date picker have been addressed and resolved.

  • Bug fix My Assistant: Resizing columns was not always working in a proper fashion. This is resolved.
