Smaller changes & bug fixes

Added the 'gender' filter in matches sections. Note: this is part of the HideSensitiveInformation setting which hides filters for age and gender if set to YES.

Password expiration terms from general settings now automatically will be taken into account during user, candidate and contact creation.

Fixed an issue causing a user not being able to switch from one additional role to another. 

Belgium eID scanner: city will be included during import of ID scan.
