Different Feedback mail address
Using the feedback option in the 'My Carerix' menu by default generates an email that will end up in the ticketing system of our Customer Success team, which will handle them as soon as possible. If you wish to assess user feedback by your self or your corporate 1st line support team, it now is possible to receive those feedback forms on your own address. Just give the intended recipient mail box in your Carerix settings and we will send the feedback there.
Go to 'Maintenance' | 'Settings'
Go to the block 'feedback'
Enter in the field "feedbackEmailAddress" the desired recipient email address where you would like the feedback to be sent
Save the changes
