Updated over a week ago

We are happy to share this latest Carerix release.

Carerix Seamless for Mobile Updates per 08-06-2019:

Calendar improvement: sticky date headers & today button

Sticky date headers:
To make the calendar section more clear and easier to use we adapted it a little bit. To make it easier to distract the day and date of (a group of) meeting(s) we added 'sticky' date labels. So you can always see which meeting(s) belong(s) to what day/date:

Draft emails: open in edit mode immediately

Also the flow of editing emails that have been drafted previously has changed. Instead of going to the regular editing flow (for other activities) we adapted Seamless in this way that draft emails immediately open in editing mode. Less clicks, easier to use!

Create task from email (containing email details)

This favourite cx5 feature now is also available in Seamless. Easily convert an email to a task. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner to create a task. The email details are immediately copied into the task details.

Smaller changes and bugfixes:

  • fixed a bug causing the send button in emails not becoming active, making it impossible to send the email

  • fixed a bug causing an error resulting the user not being able to open candidate details.

Carerix 5 Updates:

Different Feedback mail address

Using the feedback option in the 'My Carerix' menu by default generates an email that will end up in the ticketing system of our Customer Success team, which will handle them as soon as possible. If you wish to assess user feedback by your self or your corporate 1st line support team, it now is possible to receive those feedback forms on your own address. Just give the intended recipient mail box in your Carerix settings and we will send the feedback there.

Keep linked (but anonymised) Activity records during anonymisation process

To prevent you from losing important KPI data it now is possible to keep related activities of anonymised candidates and contacts. We extended the options to keep this valuable information. As an admin: just add '_todos' to your 'keepEmployeeAttributes' setting field and - optionally - indicate which fields you want to prevent from being anonymised.

Note: Please pay attention to GDPR requirements and always make sure that you have valid arguments to keep certain information.
