Email to colleagues

This article gives you an overview of the possibilities of sending an email from Carerix to one or multiple colleagues.

Email to 1 colleague

  • Go to 'Activities' | 'Email'

  • Click [+ new]

  • Type - a part of - the email address of your colleague

  • Finish the email

  • Click [Send]

Email from the User file

  • Go to 'Management' | 'Users

  • Open the file of the User you want to send an email

  • Choose an email template [Select Email] , the email window opens

  • Create the email

  • Click [Send]

Email to multiple colleagues

  • Go to 'Management' | 'Users

  • Select the Users that you want to send an email, by clicking on the selectionbox

  • Click 'Select email' (the envelope icon), an email window will open

  • Create the email

  • Click 'Generate emails'

Note:
If it turns out that there are no email options showing in the 'Users' file or overview, then the Administrator can create a template in the 'Maintenance' | 'Templates' | 'Emails parts' of Carerix.
