Export options
You want to back up the data from the Carerix database to export to an external storage location. Here you will find two ways to export your data
Excel Export
This export can be created by the Carerix administrator by using an export template in the templates library.

Use of a database dump (PostgreSQL)
This dump is in "pgc" format, which can only be read by PostgreSQL. The processor of this file must have technical knowledge of PostgreSQL.
You can make a request via Support - email your request to support@carerix.com to have a database download set up. A file containing a dump of the database will then be created overnight. This file can be downloaded from a Carerix server during the following day.
