Through the Reports button on the upper right corner, you can find the Stiply Dashboard.

Step 2: Configuration of Documents

Before sending and signing the document, the documents that needs to be signed need to contain extra code in the places of signing. So you need the documents to be prepared.
This can be done by the Administrator or Carerix if have standard Document Templates.

If you create your contracts/documents manually, please add the codes to your document.

These codes are predefined, the following options are available:

The tags for the actual signers are 'signature', multiple signers get incrementing numbers:

  • Signature
    {{signature_0}} --> 1st signer
    {{signature_1}} --> 2nd signer
    {{signature_2}} --> 3rd signer

  • The same goes for text fields:
    {{text_0}} --> 1st signer
    {{text_1}} --> 2nd signer
    {{text_2}} --> 3rd signer

  • Tags are defined by using double curly brackets: "{{..}}". The '{{text_0}}' tag can be used for all input fields in the document. Fe names, dates, IBAN numbers etc.

  • To link different fields to different signers, you use incrementing numbers. Fields with the same number are to be filled by the same signer.

Step 3: Uploading and sending the documents

When the documents are containing all necessary codes you can upload the document in the Attachment tab of one out of 4 Files (Candidate, Contact, Match, Placement)

Please note: Document extension .PDF is not valid.  .pdf (no capital letters) and Word documents are.

  • Go to the Stiply tab

  • Select the desired document and insert the information for the receiving parties.

  • Insert a phone number to add an extra verification step.

It is possible to change the matchstage after all recipients signed the document. The code 'Stiply' needs to be in the specif matchstage.
