The combined options of E-mails, Meetings, Tasks and Notes are called Activities. Activities can be linked to all Files. In nearly all Files you will find a tab called "Activities". In this tab you will quickly find all the activities that have been linked to this file.
You will find the following options in the Activities menu:
If you are an administrator, you will have the option for "System Activities" as well. Rights to access this option are secured in the user role of the administrator.
