Phase 1: Get the basics right

1. Log in and secure your account

Just before your start date you receive a system email to set your password. Then log in via https://[yourenvironment].carerix.net and set up MFA.

2. Work through the onboarding dashboard

Each tile on the dashboard is an action to complete your application, such as your profile, users and branding. Work through them from left to right.

3. Create users and assign roles

4. Connect email and calendar

Have each user connect their own mailbox and calendar. Emails and appointments are then logged automatically with the candidate and client.

5. Set up SPF and DKIM

Carerix sends email on behalf of your domain. Ask your IT partner or hosting provider to set up SPF and DKIM in your domain’s DNS.

⚠️ Do this before your first mailings

Without SPF and DKIM, emails end up in spam or get rejected.

✅ Done when

everyone logs in with MFA, email and calendar are connected and SPF/DKIM are set.

Phase 2: Set up for your way of working

6. Adjust fields, tables and stages

The best practice setup is your starting point. Only change what truly differs in your process.

7. Templates in your house style

8. Publish job orders

✅ Done when

templates are in your house style and the first job order is online.

Phase 3: Work smarter

9. Automate communication with Carerix RMA

With Carerix RMA you automatically send messages at the right moment, for example after an application or before an interview.

10. Search and match smarter

11. Insight with dashboards

✅ Done when

your first automation runs and your team works with dashboards and search.

Phase 4: Go live and keep improving

12. Get GDPR right

13. Integrations via the Marketplace

Through the Marketplace, at the bottom left of the menu, you connect Carerix to job boards, digital signatures or telephony.

14. Keep up with new releases

Every release brings new features. View all release notes.

✅ Done when

you work fully in Carerix and know where to find new features.
