Release 5.411 // 4 September 2026

Invoicing on your files in My Assistant | Vacancy Bonus & Candidate Admin tabs in My Assistant | Merge wizard upgrade

🚀 What's new in Carerix version 5.411?

Another release, another batch of improvements! Below you'll find the changes that make the biggest difference in your daily work — though as always, plenty more is happening behind the scenes to keep Carerix running smoothly.

New Wizards: merging duplicate files updated

The same trusted merge action, now with the smooth experience of the new wizards. The wizard for merging files has been updated to the new look & feel. In doing so, we looked at how we can make the complex process of merging files and their data clearer within the context of a user interface. We also made it easier to search for a potential duplicate file by offering this in one single step, making switching much easier. Merging duplicate candidates, contacts, or companies now feels just as familiar as the rest of your wizards — the same clear steps, the same modern look.

Don't have the new wizards yet? You'll receive them automatically. Want them sooner? Feel free to reach out to our Customer Success or Support team!

💶 My Assistant: invoice and invoice line item lists directly in your files

See what has been invoiced at a glance without leaving the Placement, Company, or Job file. Checking invoices previously meant leaving the file you were working in. Not anymore: the Invoice and Invoice Lines tabs are now directly available in your Placement, Company, and Job files when viewing them via My Assistant, giving you the full financial picture in the same place as everything else.

🗂️ My Assistant: Bonus tab on Jobs, Admin tab on Candidates

Two new tabs, two fewer reasons to look up information. We've added a separate Bonus tab to your Job files and an Admin tab to your Candidate files, ensuring the data you need is right where you expect it.

What does this mean in practice?

  • Bonus tab on Jobs: Bonus agreements for a job are now immediately visible in the file within My Assistant if the bonus tab is active, so you no longer need to switch to the legacy job file.

  • Admin tab on Candidates: The admin tab in the candidate file as you already knew it is now also available in My Assistant.

🛠️ Small improvements & bug fixes

  • Contact preview restored: Contacts without an associated client can now be updated from the Preview screen without triggering an error message.

  • Job checkboxes fixed: The "Lease car" and "Publish salary" checkboxes no longer disappear in certain job files.

  • Fewer unnecessary pop-ups: The unsaved changes notification no longer appears on a Job when nothing has actually been changed.

  • My Assistant: consistent fields in contact and client previews: The Preview screens for contacts and clients now display the same fields as the legacy detail screens.

  • New wizard: When address fields are set to mandatory via the configuration profile, the house number addition field is no longer automatically required as well.

  • Message field visible in My Assistant: The "message" field, as available in the match stage configuration, is now visible in the relevant previews.

  • My Assistant: more information in the file preview top bar: We’ve refreshed the top bar in your file previews and added more information. We now show the record ID, allow you to copy a link to the relevant file directly from it, and provide the option in the top right to view metadata regarding the creation date and last modification of the file.

Record ID, copy link button and information on creation and modification dates:

  • My Assistant tabs based on screen resolution: Tabs in your file previews are grouped under the 'More' tab when space is limited. You can also reorder tabs using drag & drop.

Drag & drop tabs to have your own preferred order:

  • Date format in custom fields respected: Additional info fields now follow your system's date format settings, ensuring you can type dates consistently everywhere.
