Release 5.408 // 25 July 2026

My Assistant | Resume Viewer | AI in Transcripts | Bug fixes & more!

🚀 What’s new in Carerix version 5.408?

This release is all about the information we deliver in My Assistant! We’ve further expanded My Assistant, so you can view and edit more information without opening the full record. We’re also introducing a new way to use AI directly from transcripts.

And, as always, we’ve also made several improvements and bug fixes.

🗂️ My Assistant: vacancies with (almost) all information

Open a vacancy and view the information you’re used to — without leaving the page.

We’ve further expanded the vacancy preview in My Assistant. It now aligns even more closely with the full vacancy record, allowing you to view (almost) the same information directly from My Assistant.

What does this mean in practice?

  • General tab: the Groups, Branch, Clients and Payment Information panels are now available.

  • New tabs: Skills, Publication Texts, Invoice Address and Profile are now also available directly from the preview.

This puts more information at your fingertips, without having to navigate between different pages.

Get an instant overview in My Assistant of any other (intermediary) parties involved in a vacancy, including quick previews for the relevant contacts:

🔗 My Assistant: Leads and Opportunities in contact and company previews

See at a glance where a contact or company stands — without opening a separate record.

The previews for Contacts and Companies now include two new tabs: Leads and Opportunities. This gives you immediate insight into the relevant leads and opportunities of a relationship, wherever you’re working.

The Leads and Opportunities tabs are now available on contact person and client dossiers in My Assistant:

🧠 My Assistant: Skills tab for candidates and vacancies

View registered skills directly from the candidate and vacancy preview.

The new Skills tab makes all skills registered for a candidate or vacancy directly visible in My Assistant.

We’ve also opted for a cleaner and more structured layout. Instead of a full screen with checkboxes, you now only see the assigned skills. You can easily add additional skills without taking up unnecessary space with skills that haven’t been assigned.

Carerix Skills get a fresh new look, now available in My Assistant on candidate and vacancy dossiers:

🤖 Ask AI: directly from a transcript

Get AI insights directly from a conversation transcript, right where you’re reading it.

Building on the new Transcripts menu introduced in the previous release, you can now ask Carerix AI a question directly from a transcript preview.

The transcript content is automatically provided as context, so you get relevant answers without having to copy and paste the text first.

Ask AI questions about the content of your (full) transcript:

ℹ️ Only available when Carerix AI is active for your organisation.

🛠️ Smaller improvements & bug fixes

  • New contact wizard: the wizard for creating a new contact now works correctly from the Contacts tab in Leads, Opportunities and Talent Pools.

  • Notes on a Match: notes created from a match are once again visible in the activity tabs of related Companies and Contacts.

  • Original resume in My Assistant: the Resume tab in the candidate view in My Assistant now displays the original resume (the most recent attachment with CVTag) when you use the Carerix Document Preview service.

  • Marketplace: sensitive configuration values, such as API keys, are now hidden by default. You can use the eye icon to view the value when needed.

  • Configuration profile: the Administration panel no longer disappears when Deadline is the only visible field.

  • Activities in older previews: the 10 most recent activities are now displayed correctly again.

  • Document preview: PDF files are now always displayed correctly, regardless of whether the file extension is uppercase (.PDF) or lowercase (.pdf). This applies to all file types.

  • Talent Pool responsible: searching for candidates without a Talent Pool responsible no longer results in an error.

  • Category field: distracting HTML code that could appear in an empty category field has been removed.
