📋 My Assistant: Talent Pools and Placement Overviews Added to Files
Placements – No More Searching Through the Entire File
Every relevant preview in My Assistant — whether you are viewing a candidate, vacancy, client, contact person, lead, or opportunity — is now equipped with a separate Placements tab.
Direct Insight: You can instantly see all linked placements inline, provided you have the appropriate permissions to view placement data.
Customizable Overview: The overview features a full column chooser, including a quick search function. This allows you to build your own custom view, just like you were used to in the old interface.
Faster Navigation: Clicking on a related file (such as a vacancy or candidate)? The preview will open instantly without leaving your current screen. Fewer clicks, better overview!
Talent Pools – Instantly See Which Pools a File Belongs To
Candidates, contact persons, and companies now have a Talent Pool tab in My Assistant. This allows you to immediately see which talent pool a candidate is in (along with their stage/status) or which talent pools are linked to a client and/or contact person.
💡 Good to know:
Currently, there is no specific My Assistant view for the placement detail page. Clicking on a placement in the list will open it as usual in the familiar Carerix file.
Searching and filtering are not yet available within My Assistant views. This functionality will be added in a later update. Keep an eye on the release notes for the latest updates!
📋 My Assistant: New 'Evaluation' and 'Desired' Tabs in Candidate Files
The candidate view in My Assistant has been further expanded to give you access to the right background information even faster. Two new tabs have been added:
Evaluation: View all ratings and evaluations of the candidate at a glance, without having to open the full file.
Desired: Instantly check the candidate's hard criteria, such as their preferred region, position, industry, and maximum commute distance.
🛠️ Minor Improvements & Bugfixes
Find Colleagues Faster in the Calendar: All Carerix users with a recruiter role can now be searched by first name, last name, and email address in the calendar's quick search function. Adding a colleague to an appointment is now much faster.
New Wizards: Fields marked as "required in new wizard" within the UI configuration profile for the candidate file will now always be shown when creating a candidate—even if they weren't in the view by default. The same behavior for other files will follow in upcoming releases!
Expanded AI Company Instructions: A 'Scope' ("Available for") has been added. You can now specify exactly which user role(s) the AI company instruction applies to, giving you greater control over your AI workflows.
Transcript Service (Note Taker) Placeholder: If the transcript or summary of an online meeting is still processing, you will now see a clear notification (placeholder) instead of a confusing blank tab.
New Wizards: Contact Wizard & Special Characters: Last names containing special characters or apostrophes (such as O'Brien) will no longer trigger error messages during the duplication check when created via the wizard.
UI Configuration Profiles in User and Email Screens: Conditional rules and toolbar configurations are now correctly applied when opening User and Email files.
Vacancy: Education Field Required Based on Status: The "Desired Education" field now correctly adheres to the "required based on vacancy status" rule from your Configuration Profile.
