🚀 What's new in Carerix version 5.413?
A fresh release has landed! Below we've picked out the changes you'll notice most in your daily work. And as always, our team has been busy behind the scenes with a lot more than what you'll read here.
⚡ Recruitment Marketing Automation (RMA): updates for the Whatsapp inbox
The RMA Whatsapp inbox got an upgrade! Its layout got a little bit changed to make it more efficient, the filtering got extended with new filter possibilities and we have added the option to assign a chat to one of your peers.
New chat window layout
Your whatsapp inbox now is divided into three tabs:
For you - chats that have been assigned to your user account
Unassigned - chats that have not been handled so far
All - shows you all conversations with candidates and contacts regardless their status
New filter options
Use the filter icon to filter your inbox on:
Type - manual or automated conversations
Status - open, closed or no conversations
Reply - conversations that require an answer or which have the response window still open
Automation - conversations from a specific automation
Contact owner - Your own conversations, conversations without an owner or conversations of a specific colleague
Last activity / Conversation started - e.g. Today, last 7 days or a manually selected period of time
Assign conversations in the chat
You can now assign a conversation to yourself or to a colleague. The top right of the chat window shows who currently owns the conversation. Click it, search for your colleague and select them. The conversation then appears in your colleague’s For you list.
When a conversation is assigned or taken over, a message appears in the chat, for example “… assigned the chat to …” or “Chat taken over by …”. This way you can always see who picked up the conversation.
⚡ My Assistant: match, merge and anonymize — straight from your preview
Last release we promised more actions in your previews. Here they are!
The action menu in your My Assistant previews keeps growing. Next to the basics you already know, you'll now find the actions you used to open the full file for — so you can keep working right where you are.
What does this mean in practice?
Create a match in seconds. In a candidate preview, click Create Match, search for an active vacancy (or pick one from your recently visited or last created), confirm, and the match is made.
Merge duplicates. Open the merge wizard directly from a candidate or contact preview.
Candidate or contact? Both. Turn a candidate into a contact person — or the other way around — in one click.
Add to a talent pool straight from the candidate or contact preview.
Enter timesheets. Add a (monthly) timesheet for a candidate by simply choosing the week or month and year.
Unblock and anonymize. Unblock a blocked candidate or contact, or anonymize them — always with a confirmation step, so nothing happens by accident.
More previews, more actions. Vacancies, leads, opportunities, talent pools, matches, companies, placements and publications now also have their own specific actions.
🧩 Your integrations, right inside your previews
Partner tools and custom pages now show up in the new previews too — just like on your full files.
Do you use integrations such as WhatsApp or theMatchBox that appear as a tab or panel on your files? They're now part of the My Assistant previews as well, so you no longer have to open the full file to use them.
What does this mean in practice?
Tabs and panels. An integration set up as a tab gets its own tab in the preview. One set up as a panel appears as a card in the right tab.
The rules you're used to. You only see the integrations that are active and assigned to your user role.
Edit and save in one go. If an integration lets you edit data, your changes are saved together with the preview.
Available everywhere. Candidates, vacancies, companies, contacts, matches, leads, opportunities, placements, publications, talent pools and tasks.
📋 Complete placement and publication previews
Everything from the full file, now in your preview.
The placement and publication previews now contain all the fields you know from the full files, so you can handle them without switching screens.
Placements. New cards for company, sales rate, rates, invoicing, project, documents and groups. Edit rates as a list of lines, with a handy "% of the first line" calculator — invoiced lines stay locked.
Invoice address tab. Update the invoice company, name, attention, address and email of the linked vacancy directly from the placement preview.
Publications. All publication fields, plus the Broadbean and VONQ Job Posting tabs.
Your setup still applies. Cards and fields stay or can be hidden, made read-only or required through your configuration profiles.
🎙️ Find the right transcript faster
Your transcript overview now has filters.
Looking for that one conversation from last week? Filter the transcript list by user — just yours, everyone's, or those of specific colleagues — and search by name to find it in no time.
🛠️ Minor Improvements & Bug Fixes
Carerix AI: read from the start. When Carerix AI gives a long answer, the chat now stays at the beginning of the response, so you don't have to scroll back up.
Fast vacancy search. Searching for vacancies is quick again. Good to know: the search matches on the beginning of the job title. We temporarily switched off the option to search jobs by company name - providing the jobs related to that company. Due to performance degradation this was done. We are looking into possible solutions to bring back this feature in the future.
My Assistant: marking a record as confidential. You can now search in the user role field, and your previously selected role is remembered.
Activating Marketplace features. Features with default settings can be activated right away, and closing a feature preview without changes no longer asks about unsaved changes.
Sorted matches. The Matches tab in the old candidate preview is now sorted by creation date.
Searching on stage. "Stage is not" and "stage does not contain" now also include records without a stage.
Talent pool tab settings. The cog wheel on the Talent pool tab in configuration profiles is visible again.
Filtering educations from a vacancy. Filtering in the education overview from a vacancy works again.
