Customer Portal (Jira Help Center): Logging In, Setting Your Password, and Viewing Your Requests

How to activate your account, set or reset your password, and view your submitted requests in the Carerix Customer Success Center (Jira Help Center portal).

Access to the portal

After you have been added to the Carerix Customer Success Center, you will receive a welcome email. Click the login link in this email to complete your account setup.

Setting your password (first time)

After clicking the login link, you will land on the "Set a password to continue login" page. Follow these steps:

  1. Check your email address (this is already filled in).

  2. Enter your full name.

  3. Choose a password. Pay attention to the strength indicator below the field.

  4. Click Set password to activate your account.

Once your password is set, you will be taken directly to the portal.

Resetting your password

You can reset your password in two ways: while logged in, or when you are unable to log in.

Option 1: While logged in

  1. Click your username in the top right corner.

  2. Select Profile from the menu.

  3. Under Password, click Change password and follow the steps.

Option 2: When you are not logged in (forgot password)

  1. Go to the Help Center login page and enter your email address.

  2. Click Reset password below the password field.

  3. An email with a reset link will be sent to your email address. Click this link to set a new password.

  4. Didn't receive an email? Click Resend reset password link to have the email sent again.

Viewing all your requests

Want to see which requests you've submitted and their status? Click your username in the top right corner and select Requests. You'll see an overview with the reference number, summary, status, due date, and assignee for each request.
