👁️ My Assistant: Quick Preview on Hover over Related Files in Lists
You can now instantly preview a file without having to open it. Simply hover your mouse over a row in a list view, and a preview card containing the most important (contact) details will appear immediately — no extra clicks required! 🔥
Quick previews are available for:
Candidate
Vacancy
Company
Contact Person
This allows you to browse through results much faster and instantly view the context you need.
📋 Contact Person Now Visible in Vacancy Search Results
When selecting a vacancy in the new wizards the associated contact person is now displayed directly in the dropdown search list.
This eliminates the guesswork of figuring out which vacancy belongs to which contact person — the information is readily available. This is particularly useful when you have multiple identical (or similar) vacancies for different contact persons at the same client! 🎯
✍️ Rich Text Editor for Match Evaluation Fields
You can now use a full WYSIWYG (rich text / HTML) editor when filling out match evaluation fields — just like you already could for candidate evaluations. Format your notes with bold, italics, lists, and more, keeping your assessments and evaluations consistent and professional. ✨
💡 Good to know: This feature is managed via the htmlInMatchTexts setting, which is turned off by default. Administrators can easily enable or disable this. They can find it under settings --> Attributes & Fields.

🛠️ Minor Improvements & Bug Fixes
New Wizards: 'Save and Open' now works seamlessly from within a file. Creating a new file from another file (e.g., a contact person from the contacts tab within a company) and clicking 'Finish and Open' now correctly opens the newly created file.
New Wizards: Related entity fields no longer re-select deleted values. When creating a vacancy and removing a linked company or contact person, the previous value will no longer automatically reappear.
Carerix AI: The company instruction is now reliably saved. The customized AI instruction for the company prompt was occasionally lost after saving. This has been resolved.
Prompt Manager: The 'Available in' dropdown list is now fully scrollable. All options — including Meeting — are now accessible in the list.
Placements: Copying/extending a placement with a phone number no longer fails. Copying or extending a placement that included a phone number sometimes caused an error upon saving. This has now been fixed.
New Global Search: Search results now appear instantly without requiring a re-click. An issue where typing in the quick search bar and pressing Enter sometimes showed nothing until you clicked the field again has been resolved. Results are now displayed immediately after typing, without needing to re-click the search bar.
Carerix Notetaker for mobile: Meeting recording no longer restarts unexpectedly. Tapping the 'Back' button after canceling a recording will no longer accidentally trigger a new recording.
