🔧 Release Notes Carerix 5.381 & 5.382

Each update includes major and/or minor improvements and bug fixes to optimize performance and user experience. Not all changes are immediately visible. If an update affects the functionality or interface of the software, we briefly explain it below.

Carerix Dashboards: Time-to-Fill dashboard

With a brand new Time-to-Fill Dashboard in Carerix we enable you to provide a clear overview of how long vacancies stay open and how successful your recruitment efforts are. Use this dashboard to track performance, spot trends, and identify where your process can be improved.

Note that some system configuration and a adjusted way of working might be required to make the dashboard show correct numbers. You can find more details in the dedicated help article.

The time-to-fill dashboard is available to all systems via the dashboard activation in the marketplace and after attaching the desired user roles to the dashboard. How to activate and configure dashboards is decribed here.

✅ Carerix Private AI brings your data into focus

We are actively developing AI solutions that deliver more comprehensive and higher-quality answers based on the data stored in your Carerix database.

To ensure optimal data security, Carerix is building its own private AI solution—completely independent from OpenAI. This approach allows us to create isolated data environments (data silos), ensuring that your data remains completely separate from other customers’ data and is never used to train external language models. At the same time, this data can be leveraged by Carerix AI to accurately answer questions, perform calculations, and generate relevant text based on the content in your own database.

What currently is included with Carerix Private AI:

  • contextual prompts - the possibility to use your Carerix data in your prompting. this f.e. enables you to amongst others:

    • provide Carerix AI automatically with the desired information to write a relevant job description based on the data of a job.

    • let AI analyse a CV attachment to create a candidate profile

Note: to use contextual prompting it currently is required to understand the technical naming of fields. This can be complex. In the future we strive to make this possible with a user friendly interface.

  • natural language search for the new quick search toolbar (in pilot)

  • make prompts available only in the relevant context. As prompts written within the context of your candidate database do not make sense to be available within the context of your jobs.

Carerix Private AI is currently in the pilot phase and has been activated for a selected group of customers to test and experience. In the coming period, we will make Carerix Private AI available to larger groups of customers and will also gradually expand and release the standard AI capabilities.

If you are interested in participating, you can let your Customer Success Manager know.

✅ MyAssistant: added 'Source' to matches tab

In the matches tab the source is added as column so it becomes easier to find out what source your matches are originating from in MyAssistant.

✅ Carerix AI: change in behavior when using prompts: do not send chat history along with prompt.

To improve AI's output and save data, the way prompts are executed is changed in such way that when you use a prompt, your chat history is cleared and not send along as it is known that your chat history can trouble the output of AI.

✅ Bugfix: colouring of meetings in calendar is off

Due to a bug meetings displayed in the Carerix Calendar did not follow the color of the selected type of meeting. This is working again as it should.

✅ Bugfix: My Assistant shows meetings with wrong times

Due to a bug My Assistant was not able to show the correct times of meetings in the activites tab. This issue has been resolved and meetings are listed again with the correct timings.
