Every update includes improvements and bug fixes to enhance performance and the user experience. While not all changes are visible, we highlight the most important updates to the functionality or interface below.


🪄My Assistant: Small Changes & Handy Improvements

We’ve made My Assistant a bit smarter to smooth out your workflow. Here are the latest updates:

🆕 New Features

  • Deadline Column for Jobs: Get instant insight into your job deadlines with the new column in the Job overview.

  • Alias Fields for Companies: We’ve added alias fields to Company records, making it easier to find organizations by alternative names.

🛠️ Bug Fixes & Smarter Logic

  • Logical Required Fields: Required field checks are now much more intuitive:

    • If a field is in read-only mode, it is no longer marked as required (since you can't edit it anyway).

    • Region is no longer required if the selected Country has no underlying regions. If there’s nothing to choose from, we no longer force a selection.

  • Task Timezones: We fixed a bug where task times always stayed in the creator's timezone. Times now automatically adapt to your own local timezone.

🚀 Improved Error Handling

We’ve revamped how the system handles errors so you don't get stuck. Previously, certain error messages—especially when working with Matches—could block your process. We now prevent the application from freezing during an error, allowing you to simply continue your work.


🤖 Carerix Private AI: Improved Prompt Manager UI

We’ve given the Prompt Manager a makeover to help you stay organized and work faster.

📂 Better Organization

To keep your workspace tidy, prompts are now automatically grouped by their assigned entity:

  • Grouped by Entity: Easily find prompts related to Candidates, Jobs, or Companies.

  • 'General' Group: All unassigned prompts are now neatly collected in a general category.

  • Custom Order: You can now reorder prompts within each group to suit your workflow. (Note: The order of the groups themselves is currently fixed).

🛠️ Stability Fix

We solved a bug that occasionally caused the application to freeze when using the prompt bar. Selecting text and activating a prompt is now smooth and lag-free.


📍Clearer Address Labels in Read-Only Mode for Company Records

We’ve improved the view for users who only have read-only access to Client records.

  • The Improvement: Previously, labels were missing from address fields in read-only mode, making it hard to distinguish between visiting, billing, or postal addresses.

  • The Solution: The type label is now always visible, so you can see at a glance which address you are looking at.


🏷️Candidate Status: Always Searchable, Regardless of Rights

We’ve implemented a helpful improvement for candidate status filters.

  • What Changed? Previously, a status was sometimes hidden in search filters if your user role didn't have the rights to assign that status.

  • The Solution: We have decoupled these functions. While restrictions on editing a status remain in place, everyone can now filter by any status in the search panel. This ensures you can always find the right candidates and run reports.


🌐 New WordPress Plugin Release (v3.3)

An update for the Carerix WordPress plugin is now available. If you use this plugin to publish jobs and handle applications, please take note of this update.

  • Flexible Forms: Now supports multi-column layouts (1/2, 1/3, or full width) and drag-and-drop reordering.

  • Custom URLs: URL structures are fully customizable using dynamic placeholders (e.g., %jobtitle% - %publication_id%).

  • Job Alerts: The shortcode now supports layout configuration and field ordering.

  • UI Updates: Improved admin settings and added a "spinner" to the submit button to prevent duplicate applications.
