🔧 Release Notes Carerix 5.385
Each update includes improvements and bug fixes to enhance performance and user experience. Not all changes are immediately visible, but whenever functionality or the interface is affected, we’ll highlight it below.
✅ Carerix Private AI: added candidate and job context to enable AI answering question on a particular record
With Carerix Private AI it now becomes possible to ask questions about candidates and jobs which are in context. To do so simply open a candidate or job record and start asking questions. AI is able to give you answers on the data or put the data in context of a broader question.
⚠️ Please note: Context is currently added for candidates and jobs. Other entities will follow in the near future.
✅ Carerix AI: splitscreen covered 'My Account' menu
With the introduction of Carerix AI as a splitscreen (instead of a overlapping modal) the My Account menu accidentally was hidden behind the splitscreen. This was addressed and restored. The menu now is visible again and when opened showed next to the AI splitscreen.
✅ My Assistant: template records
It appeared that template records for jobs, placements and tasks caused some confusement. They were counted and shown in My Assistant while in their appearance were not alway recognized as such. This of course can trouble the data shown as template jobs are not real jobs. From now on we filter out template jobs, placements and tasks from any My Assistant view. Moreover, we have added the 'Template' indication in the records preview/detail title header. So it should always be clear if you are looking into a template record or not.
✅ Search & Match 3.0 (pilot): create note
It now is possible to create notes on the match score relevance screen. On the top right simply click on note and the note wizard will start enabling you to leave a note which will be stored and linked to the particular match.
✅ Bugfix: Duplicate configuration profiles
Due to a bug it could sometimes happen that during the creation of a new configuration profile the new configuration profile was duplicated, sometimes multiple times. This glitch was addressed and resolved in this release.
✅ Send email: addressees in read-only mode were barely readable
In read-only mode the addressees in the 'to' fields were barely readable. We made the font color a bit darker so it should be possible to actually read the values now :)
✅ User Interface: Improved vertical alignment of radio buttons for additional info fields
When using additional (custom) fields of the type radio button the vertical alignment could be off in case a multi-line group label was used. This has been improved so the radio buttons are aligned with their respective labels.
✅ Bugfix: error message when removing a contact from a job
Due to a bug removing a contact as (one of the) liaison(s) on a job resulted in an error. This bug was addressed and resolved in this release.
✅ Bugfix: Missing status and owners
Due to a big for some systems with very specific configurations it could happen that record status and owner were removed from the record.
