Each update includes improvements and bug fixes to enhance performance and the user experience. Not all changes are directly visible, but whenever functionality or the interface is affected, we highlight this below.
⏩ My Assistant: Reason for rejection registration
To further streamline workflows and ensure data accuracy, My Assistant now prompts users to register a "Reason for Rejection" as soon as a match reaches an unsuccessful end stage.
When moving a match to a rejection or withdrawal stage (endstage = yes AND "match process is finished successfully" = no)...
...the user will be prompted to register a reason for the rejection.
💡Not using the reason of rejection fields?
you can suppress the My Assistant popup by hiding the "Reason for Rejection" field via a configuration profile.
🔰 Company logos on display in record details
Make your company files stand out and allow users to quickly identify records visually. This works similarly to profile pictures for candidates and contacts: if an attachment labeled as "Logo" exists on the company record, the company logo will be displayed.
Add a logo-attachment to a company record and asign it the Logo type:
The logo will be displayed in your company record detail:
To add a company logo:
Go to a company file.
Open the Attachments tab.
Upload the logo (for a perfect fit, use a square image).
Assign the type 'Logo' (or any other type of attachment with the logoTag asigned).
The logo will now be displayed in your company record detail.
In case there is no 'Logo' Type of Attachment or assigning the logo type does not result in showing the image. Please consult with your system administrator and check the 'Document Type of Attachment' table.
Note: when adding a company using the Carerix LinkedIn Plugin powered by NIXZ, the logo will be added automatically!
🤖 New Default Prompts in Carerix AI
Two new default system prompts have been added to our library and are available for everyone. You can now let Carerix AI summarize your email (thread) either briefly or extensively.
These prompts are available within the context of an email and can be executed from both the preview and detail views:
🐛 GraphQL API: Bugfix to enable company creation and addition of StableHash field
Due to a bug, it was not possible to create new companies in Carerix using our GraphQL API. This has been resolved.
The
stableHashfield is now available via the GraphQL API.
🐛 Bugfix: Meeting detail email template list not showing all templates
Due to a glitch in the calendar, the list of available email templates was previously cut off, preventing access to all templates. We have fixed this in the current release.
