Allow Third Party Cookies for carerix.net and carerix.io domains

To have the Carerix Dashboards operating it is required to allow third party cookies for the carerix.net and carerix.io domains in your browser. To do so you might need to adjust your browser settings.


Allow third party cookies in Chrome:

  1. Go to the Chrome settings option in the kebab menu (the three dots in the top right corner)

  2. Select the option 'settings'

  3. Select the 'Privacy and Security' option in the left menu

  4. Select 'Third-party cookies'

  5. On the bottom of the page you will find the header called 'Sites allowed to use third-party cookies'

  6. Click on 'Add' and add both *.carerix.net and *.carerix.io to be allowed to use third party cookies.

Allow third party cookies in FireFox:

  1. Open your carerix application on customer.carerix.net

  2. At the left of the address bar, click the shield button

  3. At the right of the panel, toggle off the Enhanced Tracking Protection switch. This will disable Enhanced Tracking Protection for Carerix, causing the page to automatically reload and enable trackers.

Allow third party cookies in Edge

  1. Open Edge and clink on the top right meatball menu (the three dots)

  2. Select the Settings menu

  3. In the left menu select Cookies and site permissions

  4. On top of the creen click on 'Manage and delete cookies and site data'

  5. On this page go to the 'Allow' section and click on 'Add'. Now add [*.]carerix.net and tick the 'Include third-party cookies on this site' checkbox. Repeat for [*.]carerix.io.

Allow third party cookies in Safari

  1. Open Safari and click on the Safari menu.

  2. Choose Settings and then Privacy.

  3. Deselect 'Prevent cross-site tracking. '

  4. Deselect 'Block all Cookies. '

  5. Quit Settings.
