📊 My Assistant: show or hide stage group /status tiles

To further personalise My Assistant and optimize its utilisation it is now possible to hide stage groups or statuses which are irrelevant for the user. Are you more involved in sales or in sourcing rather than in the actual interview stages of the recruitment process? In that case you might not want to be bothered with the stages and or statuses that are not relevant or maybe even do not show any data for you.

💡To do this:

  • Simply click on the meatball menu (the three dots) in the top right.

  • You will enter a edit mode. In this edit mode click the eye icon to change the visibility of a tile.

  • If you are ready, click the 'Done' button to store your changes.

  • Settings only apply for the individual (current) user.

🤖 Small improvements and bug fixes

Each release contains small improvements and bug fixes that enhance performance and user experience. Not all of these are visible to the end user. If the release includes changes that directly affect the behavior of the software and the user experience, they will be briefly explained below.

  • In the job listing and the job listing preview, we now show not only the number of vacancies already filled but also the number of vacancies still open. These are calculations based on the number of open positions entered by the user and the number of successfully completed match phases for the relevant vacancy.

  • Phase groups can now be assigned a preferred color so that this color can be used in My Assistant. This allows the match phase color to correspond with the color of the various match phases within a phase group. Administrators can modify the phase group tables in Carerix via the tables menu.

  • Address filters for Clients and Contacts have been revised and further harmonized. This means that the same search filters are now available in the same format for every type of address. If you want to search by different fields of the visit address, the filters look as follows:

Visit address (if street name mode is not enabled)
Visit address.street (if street name mode is enabled)
Visit address.postal code
Visit address.region
Visit address.city
Visit address.country

Replace visit address with another address type to search by the fields of those addresses.

  • In My Assistant '0' values in the stage group/status tiles from now will be shown with a '-':
