Activity Dashboard (Teams)
The Activity Dashboard (Teams) is a handy tool that provides insights into the number and type of activities your recruiters register in Carerix over a given period of time. Unlike the Activity Dashboard (Recruiter), this dashboard allows the user to select the user(s) from whom they want to retrieve the numbers. It is also possible to select a (group of) branch(es)/office(s) to see the accumulated numbers.
👉🏼 Carerix system configuration is required:
For the proper functioning of this dashboard, your Carerix system needs to be configured. Read more on how to configure your Carerix system to use activity reports in this dedicated article
👉🏼 Creation date for activities is what counts:
For tracked Meetings, Notes, and Tasks, the creation date is the date that is counted. We are working on a chart that tracks the deadline/expiration date of these activities.
👉🏼 Data node / table mutations are counted for the user that did the modification:
For tracked match stages, statuses etc. the activity report will count for the user that makes the actual change. E.g. when user X sets a stage to value Y this activity will be counted for this particular user, despite a possible different user being the owner of the particular file.
👉🏼 Performance directives to take into account:
The activity reports gather information from various places in your database, which complicates its technical functioning. Users and agencies contribute to this complexity, especially when their numbers are high. It may be tempting to measure many activities. However, be advised that the more activities you measure, the greater the impact on your dashboard's performance. The same applies to the period of time you want to measure: the longer the period, the longer it will take to retrieve your data.
👉🏼 Data preparation and hourly refresh
To ensure the loading of the data does not impact your regular business and processes in the Carerix application we prepare your data every hour. This means that the data you see is 60 minutes old at its maximum. As a consequence, changes made to your data are not immediately reflected in the dashboard. It may take up to 60 minutes before the data is refreshed.
Dashboard Charts
The Activity Dashboard (Teams) consists of the following charts, providing you with the following information.
Activity per Recruiter pie chart
The 'Activity per Recruiter' pie chart displays the total number of activities (all recorded types) per recruiter over the given period of time (default: Last Month). This chart can be drilled down by clicking on one of the segments.
By clicking on one of the segments, the 'Activity per Recruiter and Type' pie chart is presented. This chart shows the selected segment's (i.e., recruiter's) activities per type over the given period of time. Another drill down is possible here by clicking on one of the segments again.
By clicking on one of the segments, the 'Activity per Recruiter and Type and Date' bar chart will be presented, showing the dates on which the selected type of activity for the previously selected recruiter was registered.
Criteria for activities to be included in these charts:
✅ Only activities that are configured with a MIS code will be shown in these charts.
Activity per Recruiter Trend chart & drill downs
The 'Activity per Recruiter Trend' chart plots the total number of activities per recruiter per time segment in a stacked bar chart. This chart allows you to see the trend of activities per recruiter over the period defined in the general filter. You can drill down further by clicking on one of the segments.
By clicking on one of the segments, the 'Activity per Recruiter and Type' chart will appear, presenting a pie chart that divides the activities by type for the selected time frame and the recruiter chosen in the previous chart. Another drill down is possible here by clicking on one of the segments again.
By clicking on one of the segments in the pie chart, the 'Activity per Recruiter and Type and Date' bar chart will be presented. This chart shows the dates on which the selected type of activity for the previously selected recruiter within the chosen time frame was registered.
Criteria for activities to be included in these charts:
✅ Only activities that are configured with a MIS code will be shown in these charts.
Activity per Type Chart and drill downs
The 'Activity per Type Chart' displays a pie chart showing the total number of activities (all recorded types) segmented by type over the given period of time (default: Last Month). This chart can also be drilled down further by clicking on one of the segments.
When clicking on one of the segments, the 'Activity per Type and Recruiter' pie chart will be displayed, segmenting the chosen type of activity by recruiter. This chart can also be drilled down further by clicking on one of the segments.
When selecting one of the segments, the 'Activity per Type and Recruiter and Date' chart is presented. This bar chart displays the previously selected type of activity for the chosen recruiter, plotting the number of registered activities per date, week, or quarter (depending on the general filter).
Criteria for activities to be included in these charts:
✅ Only activities that are configured with a MIS code will be shown in these charts.
Activity per Type Trend Chart and drill downs
The 'Activity per Type Trend' chart plots the total number of activities per type per time segment in a stacked bar chart. This chart allows you to see the trend of activities per type over the period defined in the general filter. You can drill down further by clicking on one of the segments.
By clicking on one of the segments, the 'Activity per Type and Recruiter' chart will appear, displaying a pie chart that divides the activities by type for the selected period and the recruiter chosen in the previous chart. Another drill down is possible by clicking on one of the segments again.
By clicking on one of the segments in the pie chart, the 'Activity per Type and Recruiter and Date' bar chart will be displayed. This chart shows the dates on which the selected type of activity for the previously selected recruiter, within the chosen time frame, was registered.

✅ Only activities that are configured with a MIS code will be shown in these charts.
Users Activity Totals table chart
The 'Users Activity Totals' table chart resembles the legacy cxActivity Report, as it presents the sum of all activities (of all types) per recruiter. Drilling down into one of the recruiters/users (a single row) will present you with the 'User Activity per Type' table chart, which shows the numbers per type of activity for the selected recruiter.
