Auto CV parsing
Updated over a week ago

Manually parsing CVs is something that doesn't give you and your colleagues any energy and also takes minutes of time per CV.

Recruiters are already scarce and you want to offer them a challenging work environment and assign them to tasks where people can make a difference.

In addition, we note that parsing is often forgotten, which means you miss relevant matches for a proper search in Carerix.

We often hear the following cases:

  1. You are (or your Automated Matching Engine is) looking for candidates in the Rotterdam region, but the candidate's zip code or city is empty.

  2. You want to use WhatsApp to ask the availability of candidates, ask additional selection questions or ask permission again (GDPR), but the candidate's telephone number does not contain a country code.

  3. If you want to be able to report on candidates with a certain specialty or who work in a certain sector, you do need that information.

Automatic CV parsing solves this problem for you!

This ensures that all known data from the CV is neatly recorded in the appropriate fields in Carerix. We only parse the CV if it was added in the same minute as the candidate and/or match. This CV attachment must have a CVTag in the Document Type Attachment.

What information do we put in the correct fields?
