Go to the marketplace menu in Carerix and install Brevo. Open the installed tile and enter the Brevo API key here.

Generating Brevo API Key

The installation may take a few minutes, and the first synchronization will be available for use the following day.

Upon activation, the following table items are imported into Carerix to make the connection work correctly. These include:

Overlapping fields are not created twice, and dropdown lists are populated with the table items in Carerix

On every contact in Brevo, the After activation, a group called "Brevo synchronization" is added to candidate and contact records. Once candidates or contacts are added to this group and modified in Carerix, they will be synchronized every morning at 07:00 to Brevo with the above-mentioned information. If information is missing or incorrect, that data will be excluded to avoid errors.

Every morning, a check is performed on contacts in Brevo that are marked as candidate or contact person and have been changed.

The fields synchronized back to Carerix include: ID, last name, first name, mobile number, city, last contact date, postal code, language, birthdate, and legal ground date. If the data is empty or incorrect, it will not overwrite the information in Carerix.

Dropdown items are also not synchronized. Full unsubscribes in Brevo are added to a group with export codes "brevo_blacklist_candidate" and "brevo_blacklist_contact".
If contacts unsubscribe from a specific campaign, the candidate is not added to the unsubscribe group but will be removed from the campaign in Carerix if present.

Use the campaign module in Carerix to segment and assign candidates or contacts to a specific campaign. Create a new campaign, add candidates or contacts to it (individually or in bulk), and choose whether to create a new list in Brevo or add to an existing one.

Set the campaign status to "send to Brevo" to create the list of people in Brevo. Brevo checks if the contacts already exist; if not, they are created with the fields described earlier. All contacts are added to the list. A campaign is then created in Brevo with the same name as in Carerix, and the list is linked automatically.

Clients can then design and send the campaigns themselves. Once the transfer to Brevo is successful, the campaign status is updated to "Ready in Brevo" and the EDIT and REPORT URLs are filled in. You can then click through directly to the relevant campaign (when logged into Brevo).

If a candidate in the synchronization from Carerix to Brevo has a status that contains the export code "brevo_delete", this contact will be removed from Brevo.
