1. Global activation workflow, where the following is activated in Carerix:

Overlapping fields are not created twice, and dropdown lists are populated with the table items in Carerix.
3. Candidates and contact persons are synchronized from Carerix to Brevo
Once candidates and/or contact persons are added to the groups, these individuals will be synchronized to Brevo every morning at 07:00 with the above information. Information not filled in or incorrect? Then these data will be excluded to prevent errors.
4. Campaigns including candidates and contact persons are synchronized from Carerix to Brevo
Once you have created the campaign and added attendees, and indicated whether you want to create a new list in Brevo or add contacts to an existing list, you send the campaign to Brevo by setting it to the correct status.
In Brevo, it is checked whether the contacts already exist. If not, they will be created including fields as indicated above. All contacts are added to the list.
A campaign is then created in Brevo (with the same name as in Carerix) and the list of people is automatically added to it.
Customers can then design and send the campaigns themselves.
When the campaign is created successfully; the status of the Carerix Campaign will be adjusted to "ready in Brevo" and the EDIT & REPORT url will be filled in. You can click on the links to be redirected to the Brevo campaign (when logged in to Brevo)
