📢Filter on the number of Active Publications per Job

To make it easier to find job order with active publication a new filter is introduced called 'Active Publications'. It comes in addition to the already existing sortable column which displays the number of active publications. The filter allows you to search for jobs with a given amount of active publications. With the respective operators you are able to give qualifiers like 'equal to', 'greater than' and 'smaller than' to finetune your filter.

  • Publications with an end date that is in the future or no end date at all

  • Publications with an active status: Published OR Refreshing failed OR Stopping failed OR Refreshing failed OR Publication failed

⚠️Please note:

  • Publications that happen to have an active status (see above) but do have an end date that lies in the past are considered inactive.

  • Selecting and saving a publication status that is considered not active will automatically set an end date for the publication. If you want to make a publication active again, make sure you will adjust the end date!

🤖 Smaller improvements and bug fixes:

Every release includes minor improvements and bugfixes that improve the performance and user experience. Not all of them are visible to the end user. If the release contains changes that directly affect software behavior and user experience they will be briefly noted below.

  • We addressed an issue within the merge logic for candidates. In case a birth date was not set the merge wizard in step 1 presented a suggestion list of 'possible duplicate records' based on postal code, city or surname only. This resulted in a - occasionally - long list of suggestions that did not even came close to possible duplicates and very likely did not include the record one was actually looking for to merge with. From this release: In case no birthday is set, one will immediately end up in the general filter with all candidates listed to filter for the desired duplicate

  • In Read-Only mode the create Microsoft Teams meeting link button will be disabled along with the rest of a CRToDo Meeting.

  • The option for templates to be made available on the contacts tab of a job order is operational again.
