👨🏽👩🏽👧🏽👦🏽 Changes to Talentpool Match Entity
To further enhance the possibilities working with Talentpools we have added/enabled the option to start using additional fields and possible previous/next stages on the Talentpool Match entity.:
Additional fields
As known from other entitites in Carerix we offer the opportunity to design your own fields. Ideal if you want to set up designated fields to be used in the Carerix UI or dedicated interfaces between your Carerix application and third party systems. You can avoid abusing existing fields for other purposes than they were intended to. This option already was widely available for most other entities, but not for the Talentpool Match entity.
Possible previous & possible next stages
For possible previous and next stages the same: this feature is known and in use for regular matches, leads and opportunities. However, until this release never implemented for talentpool stages. It now is!
🎨Changes to placement tab on match & candidate preview
We made some small adjustments to the recently changed placement tab on candidate and match previews:
The function field on the placement tab on the candidate & match preview now shows the job orders function (was function group).
The Contract Type field on the placement tab on the candidate & match preview now shows the contract type as is defined on the placement itself (was taken from the job order)
🗓️ Calendar 2.0: add reminders to your appointments (in Carerix)
It is now possible again to add reminders to your meetings in Carerix. In the meeting configuration just select your desired reminder and you are ready to go! Please note, that reminders in Calendar 2.0 are Carerix Only. They will not be synchronised to your external Microsoft or Google calendar.

Important notice to Carerix Datasource users. Due to a (set of) change(s) the way you process the daily datasource might be affected. Take those changes into account:

🤖 Smaller improvements and bug fixes:
Every release includes minor improvements and bugfixes that improve the performance and user experience. Not all of them are visible to the end user. If the release contains changes that directly affect software behavior and user experience they will be briefly noted below.
Inline editing of the attachments grid in the new email wizard now is available. One now can change attachment types and descriptions on the fly.
The My Assistant dashboard bug in the job order match funnel - not showing al match groups / tiles is resolved.
The My Assistant dashboard now will remember the last selected match group / tile and will let you land there when you return to the dashboard
The 'Can create additional roles' option is added to the user role permissions configuration. Non-admin user roles now can be assigned again with the permission to create additional users.
Made small adjustments to improve the functioning of the My Assistant Dashboard improving the overall performance
Applied new design styles on the add document pop up window
The calendar option is removed from the top right user menu
Fixes an issue in emails: when emails contain larger pieces of script it became stuck making it impossible to reply or forward messages from Carerix.
