📈My Assistant Dashboard enhancements
The My Assistant dashboard is enhanced with the following features:
🗃️Match related records are automatically linked to a meeting
Following the logic of the core Carerix application, meetings created from the my assistant dashboard are now immediately linked to all records that are related to the match: candidate, vacancy, contact and company.
👥Selected users are stored
When you select other users to calculate the match funnel with, My Assistant now will store your selection. When you return to the dashboard at any time the last selection of users will be applied. This for both the same session and new sessions (log out and login again)
To use the feature of creating meetings from the dashboard it is required to use the new Carerix calendar 2.0. For more information on calendar 2.0 and how it differs from the old native Carerix calendar, please read its documentation here. To activate calendar 2.0 you can contact the Carerix Customer Success team.
🦾 Automations: additional trigger events
With the addition of two new trigger events we expand the possibilities to build automations in Carerix:
🦿Job Order deadline is passed...
The job order deadline is passed... will enable you to make automated actions x-time after the vacancy deadline is passed.
🦿Placement is added to a group...
Placement is added to a group... will enable you to make automated actions based on the adding of a placement to a certain group
🤖 Smaller improvements and bug fixes:
Every release includes minor improvements and bugfixes that improve the performance and user experience. Not all of them are visible to the end user. If the release contains changes that directly affect software behavior and user experience they will be briefly noted below.
Fix delayed attachment appearance in document section of candidates admin tab or in context of placements
All Bulk actions for Job Orders are now available in record's detail job order tabs too
Additional (temporary) country code for Kosovo is added: 'XK'
Fixed a count error which caused unexpected results/difference between Carerix UI and REST API
Addressed an error that could occur when trying to connect to MailChimp with an incorrect REST API key
