My Assistant Dashboard: recommended actions, interview/meeting dates, send emails

Updated over a week ago

📈My Assistant recommended action & execution of mail templates

To further transform the My Assistant dashboard into a real assistant it now is possible to:

✅ See recommended actions in a dedicated column

What is the current state of my candidates in the recruitment process. How many matches in what stage of the process do I have? In short: how does my funnel look like? The numbers were already available as well as the actual match stages and an SLA indicator. With the new column 'recommended action' added to the dashboard Carerix takes a next step in suggested next actions. It will enable the recruiter - for example - to create a job interview meeting in case a stage is configured as an interview stage.

📆 See actual interview/meeting dates

After creating the meeting the date will be displayed in the dashboard and when de meeting date is expired the date will be coloured red as an indication that a follow up action is required.

📧 Invoke match stage related email templates

It is possible to invoke the match stage related email templates from the dashboard. Simply click the email icon and select the template to be send to the candidate and/or contact.

The My Assistant Dashboard aims at making your life as a recruiter easier. It offers immediate insights into the users match funnel and indicates where focus and action is required. The dashboard is for free and it is currently available for all customers. In case you do not have it active yet, contact your Customer Success Manager.

🤖 Smaller improvements and bug fixes:

Every release includes minor improvements and bugfixes that improve the performance and user experience. Not all of them are visible to the end user. If the release contains changes that directly affect software behavior and user experience they will be briefly noted below.

  • A fix is provided to ensure the proper functioning of the 'remove from list' button in emails to actually remove email addresses from the autosuggest list when clicking the button. Incoming emails from unknown senders automatically will be added to the autosuggest list for emails. For email addresses not related to any record in Carerix, it is possible to immediately remove them from the autosuggest list. This feature appeared to be broken and is restored again.
