My Assistant Dashboard: change match stages & accumulate multiple recruiters | All received/All Sent Email | CC in Email preview

Updated over a year ago

📈My Assistant dashboard: inline editing and multi recruiter mode added

The MyAssistant Dashboard now has some cool new features: Change your match stages on the fly and accumulate the numbers and funnels of multiple colleagues in the dashboard.

🤝 Change a match stage directly from the dashboard

To not force the recruiter to open a match detail to be able to change the stage, it now is possible to change a matchstage on the fly when looking at the dashboard. This saves time and is easy to go!

Interested in how the team is doing? It is possible now to let the dashboard show the numbers and details for a set of recruiters. Simply select the desired users in the selection bar on top. The dashboard itself does the math. The regular user role permissions define which users you can select. Additionally, to be able to distinguish who's matches you are looking at, a owner column was added to the dashboard.

The My Assistant Dashboard aims at making your life as a recruiter easier. It offers immediate insights into the users match funnel and indicates where focus and action is required. The dashboard is for free and it is currently available for all customers. In case you do not have it active yet, contact your Customer Success Manager.

🤖 Smaller improvements and bug fixes:

Every release includes minor improvements and bugfixes that improve the performance and user experience. Not all of them are visible to the end user. If the release contains changes that directly affect software behavior and user experience they will be briefly noted below.

  • To better support co-operation and improve the use of the all-received tab in emails, an extra column is added to the email overview showing the owner of the email. This particularly handy for recruiters who work with a shared inbox. The owner of the email indicates who handled the email.

  • CC-addressees are added (again) to the email preview. During the UI update they were left out and only visible after opening the email detail. In this release all receivers in 'to' and 'cc' are listed in the 'to' section of the preview. Blind copies (bcc) obviously remain 'blind' and will never be visible.
