Troubleshooting | If you have problems when using Carerix

Carerix makes use of cookies and JavaScript.
These are default utilities in your browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome etc.).
It can occur that these utilities encounter any problems, that disturb a correct working of Carerix.

Problems

Examples of symptoms are:

  • Lists don't look like you're used to

  • You aren't able to log in

  • Appointment date isn't right

  • You randomly see the login screen

  • The left menu is not right

  • Expanding menu's isn't working

Solution

Perform the following actions in consecutive order:

Always make sure that you are using HTTPS
