You use the Carerix Timesheets module in Carerix to register the hours of the candidates within Carerix.
Problem
The Candidate is only able to write 'intern' hours, while it is the intention that the candidate writes its hours on the placement.
Cause
To write hours on a placement, the following conditions need to be fulfilled:
The placement needs to be an active placement
Check the status of the placement: The checkmark "JobActiveTag" needs to be selected.The placement needs to be active
Check if the starting date of the placement is given. If so, check if the starting date is before the date of the placement hours.The placement needs to have the right declaration type
At the placement, a rate needs to be filled in that has the right declaration type.
