When an email arrives in Carerix, Carerix tries to determine to which files the email belongs. Is the outgoing mail sent to a contact in Carerix, then the reply will be to the same contact.
A small summary of the files is placed under the email:
You see the context of the message;
The status of the concerning files can be changed easily;
By clicking on the name of the company/contact, you go to the detailpage of the concerning file.
