With Resources you manage resources like laptops, company cars and meeting rooms. The resources are also visible at the Planner tab.

  • Adding (types of) resources is for administrators.

  • Linking resources to meetings is for users.


Adding a new type of resource

  1. Go to 'Maintenance' - 'Tables'.

  2. Click New.

  3. Select the table type of resource.

  4. Fill in the type of resource and click Save.

Adding a new resource

  1. Go to 'Maintenance' - 'Resources'.

  2. Click New.

  3. Fill in the details and click Save.

  • At Type the type of resource you just created is also visible.

Linking resources to a meeting

  1. Go to Calendar.

  2. Select a meeting.

  3. Go to the Resources tab.

  4. At Add resources select the resources you want to link to the meeting.

  5. Click Add.

  6. Check the list at Resources for this meeting (here you can still delete resources).

  7. Click Save.
