With Resources you manage resources like laptops, company cars and meeting rooms. The resources are also visible at the Planner tab.
- Adding (types of) resources is for administrators.
- Linking resources to meetings is for users.
Method
Adding a new type of resource
- Go to 'Maintenance' - 'Tables'.
- Click New.
- Select the table type of resource.
- Fill in the type of resource and click Save.
Adding a new resource
- Go to 'Maintenance' - 'Resources'.
- Click New.
- Fill in the details and click Save.
- At Type the type of resource you just created is also visible.
Linking resources to a meeting
- Go to Calendar.
- Select a meeting.
- Go to the Resources tab.
- At Add resources select the resources you want to link to the meeting.
- Click Add.
- Check the list at Resources for this meeting (here you can still delete resources).
- Click Save.
