A Carerix consultant will visit your organization in order to give training to all users as well as making a start with the configuration of Carerix together with the key users.
Please bear in mind that you will not be able to complete the whole configuration during the consultant's visit.
The goal of the consultant's visit is to complete as much as possible of the configuration, so please prepare for a few intense days.
To be able to make the best out of the consultant's visit we have summarized the program of the three days for you.
Day 1: Carerix User training
During this training you will learn to master all basic functionalities and to organize and execute all your commercial and recruitment activities using a single system.
All of your company's employees who will be working with Carerix or certain parts of the system are required to follow this training.
This training is mandatory for your administrators / key users as it covers the basics of the Carerix User training.
You will also receive a certificate at the end of the course.

Day 2: Carerix Administrator training
This training offers you tips and ideas about designing your work processes, but also shows which specific actions must be taken to effectively configure your system.
You'll immediately start working in your own application, which allows you to ask questions if you encounter specific issues.
This training is mandatory for your administrators / key users.
Each administrator should have first followed the Carerix User Training prior to joining the Carerix Administrator Training.
You will also receive a certificate at the end of the course.

Day 3: Business consultancy
During this day the consultant will support the key users in the configuration of the application.
The Carerix consultant will show your administrator how to perform certain adjustments to the system, so that the system suits your company processes and needs.
It is important that the key users have a good understanding of your company's work processes and can make decisions.
What to prepare for the consultant's visit
Visuals (i.e. flow charts, power point etc.) or at least a list of your work processes that illustrate your current workflow.

Think about the KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) you would like to measure (i.e. what information is important for your dashboards and management reporting?).
