Release 5.412 // 11 September 2026

Actions right in your previews | Notetaker per meeting & easier transcripts | Richer previews

🚀 What’s new in Carerix version 5.412?

A new release is ready for you! In these release notes, we highlight the changes that make the biggest difference in your daily work — but as always, much more has been improved behind the scenes than what you read here.

⚡ My Assistant: actions available! Handle it directly from your previews.

No more hassle of clicking through to the full file for your most-used actions — they are now right there in the preview.

Opening a preview of a candidate, company, contact person, vacancy, match, talent pool, placement, publication, opportunity, or lead? You will now find a handy action bar next to the name. Send an email template, create a document, schedule an appointment, or add a task or note — without leaving the list you're working in. The basic activities are now available.

What does this mean in practice?

  • Main actions within reach. Email templates and document templates are default buttons directly in the preview header.

  • The rest in one menu. In the "..." menu, you'll find the rest of the available actions neatly grouped: copy link, create activities, your Marketplace integration actions, and archive/delete.

  • Pin your favorites. Do you use a certain action all the time? Pin it from the "..." menu, and it will immediately appear in your row of main actions.

  • Archive and restore. Archive a file directly from the preview — and restore it just as easily if you change your mind.

  • Mark as confidential. You can now also mark a file as confidential directly from the preview.

Please note: In the next release(s), the other actions will also be added. For example, you will also be able to match and anonymize from this new action menu!

🎙️ More control over Notetaker and your transcripts

You decide which meetings Notetaker joins — and working with transcripts has become a lot easier.

Not every meeting needs a transcript. When you open an appointment, you will now see whether Notetaker is scheduled to participate, and you can turn it on or off for that specific meeting. Turned it off? Then it stays off — even if the appointment is modified in your calendar later.

What does this mean in practice?

  • Notetaker per meeting. Turn the Notetaker bot on or off for individual meetings.

  • Copy in one click. With the new copy button, you can grab the full transcript or summary and paste it wherever you want, for example in an email.

  • Editing rights based on user roles. Editing transcripts is no longer restricted to the owner — your user role permissions now determine who can edit.

  • Delete from the preview. You can now delete transcripts directly from the preview (again, based on your permissions).

Turn the notetaker on or off for each meeting, and see at a glance from the microphone icon in your calendar overview whether a notetaker is scheduled or not:

If your user role has the right permissions, you can now delete transcripts directly:

Copy the full transcript text in one click with the copy button. With the right permissions, you can also edit the transcript if needed:

👀 My Assistant: richer previews, less switching

Your previews show more of what you need, so you can keep working smoothly.

We are making the previews more and more complete, so you have to open the full file less and less often.

  • Matches tab for companies. Company previews now have a Matches tab, just like candidates and vacancies.

  • All candidate fields. The candidate preview now shows the same fields as the full candidate file.

  • Formatted text in match evaluations. Format your match evaluations now that we've made the new rich text editor available for match evaluation fields — bold, bullets, and more.

🛠️ Small improvements & bug fixes

  • Removing candidates from campaigns. Unchecking a campaign for a candidate and saving works as expected again, without an error message.

  • Creating additional roles. Users with the permission to create additional roles now see the "New" button and can also create these for other users.

  • Emails no longer get stuck on "to send". Emails you send from your drafts in Gmail or Outlook are now synchronized to Carerix with the correct "sent" status.

  • Cleaner contact lists. Contacts marked as "not selectable" no longer appear in the contact lists of leads, opportunities, and vacancies.

  • Allowed IPs editable again. In the Identity Access settings, you can view and adjust the allowed IP addresses again, and inline editing looks much cleaner.

  • API respects your language. Requests via the XML-API with an OAuth2 token now return content in the user's language.
