Release 5.407 // 11 July 2026

Transcripts | Activity Reminders | New Wizards | Configuration profiles

🚀 What's new in Carerix version 5.407?

A new release is here! We always highlight the updates that impact you most, but rest assured—there is always even more going on under the hood to keep your system running smoothly.

🎨 A fresh look for activity reminders!

Easily navigate to reminded activities, view related files instantly, and enjoy a smoother UI!

A few releases ago, we added a direct link to the activity reminder pop-up to help you jump straight into activity details. Now, we've given the pop-up itself a fresh paint job and added instant visibility into related files. These related files feature the same Quick Preview you know from My Assistant, allowing you to inspect details and take quick action on the spot! Need a bit more time? Snoozing reminders is easier than ever with our updated drop-down menu.

Ready to go: The new pop-up is available out of the box for all systems right away!

A fresh new reminder pop-up is LIVE for all systems:

Quick previews allow users to immediately get insights into related files (contact) details and perform quick-actions:

Need some more time: snooze your reminder for a (longer) bit:

📋 New Wizards: Job templates are now visible to everyone who needs them

With the new wizards Recruiters can again use the job templates created by their admins!

Previously in the New Wizards, job templates were only visible to administrators. This meant recruiters couldn't select them when creating a new vacancy—making templates tricky to use as intended and creating a gap compared to the classic wizards.

We've fixed this! Now, anyone creating a new vacancy can easily find and apply the templates set up by others.

📼 Dedicated Transcripts menu item (BETA)

Every meeting transcript, just one click away.

We’ve introduced a dedicated Transcripts menu item that centralizes every transcript in the system. You can quickly skim what was discussed via the summary preview or dive straight into the full text.

  • How to enable: The Transcripts menu is available as part of the Transcript Marketplace activation. Access is controlled by user role permissions and is turned OFF by default.

🔒 Important Security Notice:

What a user can see in this menu depends strictly on their role permissions. Please review your role permissions before enabling the menu, as accessible transcripts may contain sensitive or personal data.

🛠️ Please note (BETA status):

We believe this feature is ready to deliver real value to your workflow, but we’re still polishing it! We are actively working on the following updates:

  • Filtering: Filtering isn't available quite yet, but we're adding it soon to make browsing your transcripts effortless.

  • Source labels: The "Source" field is currently empty, but will soon show whether a transcript came from a VoIP call or a meeting.

  • Confidential matches: If a transcript is linked to a match marked as confidential, opening the list currently triggers an error. We are patching this as a top priority.

Stay tuned with the Carerix Release notes!

🛠️ Minor Improvements & Bug Fixes

  • New Wizards field visibility: Fields marked as "Required in new wizard" in the Job file configuration profile will now always display when creating a new candidate—even if omitted from the default view. (Expect this same behavior for other file types in upcoming releases!)

  • Short email previews fixed: Resolved a rendering glitch that could cause short emails to appear blank in the preview pane.

  • Match history restored: Fixed an issue where recent stage changes didn't appear in stage history, which previously caused them to drop out of My Assistant.

  • No more duplicate match errors: Resolved a background edge-case that occasionally flagged valid matches as duplicates.

  • New phone number fields: The default phone number label setting can now be managed by regular admins — no Carerix support required.

  • UI Configuration profile: Toolbar buttons and field rules configured under Users and Emails now behave strictly as expected following the config profile settings.
